GRADUATIONS & EVENTS

GRADUATION STANDARDS Center stage: Typically four tables draped in maroon table cloths with white runner displaying NLC seal draped over the center

House left of center stage tables: Oath of Excellence

House right of center stage tables: Podium

House right of podium and set back: Table draped with white table cloth, screen printed with black NLC logo (this table is for student certificates)

Minimum of two floral arrangements: • At least 24 stems • Red, white, yellow blooms with minimal greenery • Placed at the front of the stage where they will not interfere with graduation processional Staff and student appearance expectations for graduation: • Instructors: maroon button up shirts and tan slacks (please no work pants or boots) • Students: business casual (nice shirt and slacks – please no work pants or boots)

Standard graduation video: NLC Creative generates a standardized graduation video for play at each ceremony. This video is the same for every graduation but ends on a customized photo of the current graduating class. This video should be auto-generated a few days before graduation. If you don’t get it, call NLC Creative at Ext 1531 or fill out the NLC Creative request form on Sharepoint.

Graduation items are ordered through the Operations Manager at each campus.
